I just have the idea that the head of the slayer is too small for the body, but maybe that's just the thick armour?

Pros:

Wonderful combinations of colours, that is red and blue in particular. Two colours that oppose and strengthen each other. Then you have green in between, as a contrast to the red, and you added some yellow and orange details for the blue. Very good use of colours, and a good composition too. The red (warm colour) is in the foreground, while the blue (cold colour) is in the background.
There is a lot of movement and action, which makes the picture highly interesting, in addition to the use of colours. The way you place the character's torso in a slanted angle gives more sense of movement, and especially so with the monkey frozen in mid air.
Cool design, which also is well painted.
I like the almost blank expression in the spirit's face, while at the same time it shows a lot of excitement.

Cons:

This might be just me looking for something to comment upon, but I think it would have looked good with one more detail on the right side of the picture, to add up for all that's going on on the left side. A stick or something. Still, you made some details in the background, but I wouldn't mind one more, in a closer view.
Perhaps it would have looked even more dramatic if the monkey's mouth was open instead of closed?
