Ha! Another multi-character challenge from krishnablacksky! Again it's very rich in details and colors. Proportions of characters and composition looks also allright. Personally I like that fire dragon most

Looking to Empress, maybe I would suggest you to enhance dark tones a litlle bit. Her skin looks just a little bit flat in compare to very contrasteous mystical creatures in her surounding (her face and neck is allright, just body needs some additional shadows here and there)
